Store Policies
Order Processing and Shipping:
All in stock orders placed will be processed and shipped within 24-72 hours (M-F normal business hours). Once a tracking number is available the order system will be updated and you will obtain an automated e-mail. To obtain your tracking number please log into the “Account History” section of the site and select the shipped order, or send us an email and we will grab the number for you. (sales@performanceplusrc.com). If you need parts quick please specify this in the notes section of the order or call us for expedited service and optional shipping methods/charges.
Inventory and Backorders:
We do our best to keep the inventory on the site accurate but it is NOT real time inventory thus items that show in stock on the site are not always in stock (Inventory is currently updated twice a week). In the event that a product ordered is not in stock the customer will be notified via e-mail that a product is backordered. Unless specified differently by the customer the in stock items will be shipped and the items not in stock will be placed on backorder. The customer is welcome to get a refund for the backordered items anytime and can do so by sending us an e-mail (sales@performanceplusrc.com). Please include your order number and date of purchase. If you are worried about your items getting backordered please send us an e-mail before you place your order and we will double check stock on the items you are interested in.

Align Kits and Parts:
Due to insurance reasons Align kits are shipped via insured UPS, and may be drop shipped from our distributor. Warranty Issues with Align Products: All Align kits and parts are bought thru a US dealer and carry the standard Align USA warranty. If you have a problem with a kit or part please send us an e-mail with the details of your problem. We will contact our distributor and get you an approved contact at Align USA to work worth. Loosing Power or Pack is Puffing: If you are having a problem with a pack please contact us via e-mail (sales@performanceplusrc.com). Please include your order number and date of purchase. If your pack is less than 30 days old you can request a full refund (minus shipping fees) or store credit. If your pack is more than 30 days old we will offer you a 50% credit (1/2 the price you paid for the pack not including shipping cost) towards a new pack for up to 6 months. We will need your defective pack back to offer a credit (In special cases where it is unsafe to ship a pack a picture will be needed).
Crashed Pack:
If you have crashed a pack and want to replace it under warranty contact us via e-mail (sales@performanceplusrc.com). Please include your order number and date of purchase. We will offer you a 50% credit (1/2 the price you paid for the pack not including shipping cost) towards a new pack for up to 6 months. We will need your crashed pack back to offer a credit (In special cases where it is unsafe to ship a pack a picture will be needed).
